Shubhanshu Shukla को 25 जून को फाल्कन 9 रॉकेट से प्रक्षेपित किया गया और 26 जून को वे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष स्टेशन (ISS) पहुँचे। वहाँ उन्होंने 60 से ज़्यादा वैज्ञानिक प्रयोग किए, जिनमें मांसपेशियों की क्षति, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और अंतरिक्ष में फसल वृद्धि पर अध्ययन शामिल थे। 14 जुलाई को, ग्रेस यान सुबह 4:45 बजे ISS से अलग हुआ और पृथ्वी की ओर अपनी यात्रा शुरू की। इस मिशन के पहले चार चरण पूरे हो चुके थे।
